Last week we conducted our in-room auction event for August at the Rydges Hotel in Campbelltown.
Eight outstanding properties were presented to Auction, two of them successfully selling at the auction event.
The properties passed-in on the evening have strong interest, with a couple under negotiation straight after the auction event. Statistics from past auction events tell us that these will all be sold within the next couple of weeks.

LEUMEAH, 4 Bailley Street – SOLD!
WEDDERBURN, 64 Katanna Road – Passed-in
BRADBURY, 5 Lewis Street – Passed-in
NARELLAN VALE, 63 Liquidamber Drive – Passed-in
CAMDEN PARK, 23 Maclean Lane – Passed-in
HARRINGTON PARK, 46 Pearson Crescent – Passed-in
RUSE, 118 Junction Road – Passed-in
AUGUST AUCTION EVENT STATISTICS:
- Two of the eight properties SOLD at the Auction event.
- Of the properties submitted to the Auction event, our team achieved an average of 15 buyer inspections per property leading up to the auction.
