As the owner of a property and the first time leasing it out, I was unsure about the process, amongst other things, and Jazmine came out and eased that worry for me. The communication throughout the process was great, she filtered the applicants well and let me know what was going on. I think as a landlord, it was a very positive experience as you want a strict property manager who understands what your investment property means to you.
