From the day we inspect the property, to asking if we can inspect it again before we sign the contracts. He guide is through patiently and answered our inquiries (even our daughters) actively & in a respectful manner. He never made us feel that we need to rush and gave us enough time to decide in making the decision.
It was a very positive experience overall from inspection, making the offer, contract signing and until the turn over. We have nothing but good words for Rod. Will surely recommend Rod & Harcourts to friends/family.

I fail to find the most accurate superlative adjectives to describe the wonderful experience I have had with Harcourts ever since they began managing my properties back in 2010. They are exemplary! Their efficiency, proficiency and courteousness are above exceptional! I greatly appreciate how when there is an inspection of my properties, the feedback is thorough, and when I give instructions, these are carried out amazingly quickly. I am also kept up to date with everything going on at my properties, so nothing comes as a surprise at the end of the month when I get my rental statements. I have also called on Harcourts' service when selling a property and the service I was provided, the professionalism, the great advice I was given, and the exceptional sale I received, everything was beyond my expectations.
