They are proactive in helping you do any renovations, getting multiple quotes, doing in depth inspections, holding tenants accountable for fixes and they are just on top of everything. I was about to sell my property 8 months ago and Garth did an amazing job on negotiating the price, but unfortunately there were termite issues and Garth was very understanding & supportive with his knowledge on what would be ideal next steps in your best interests by providing contacts and advised not to sell with termite issues. It’s not easy to find great property managers and sales agents.
