Natascha has been excellent to deal with as my property manager. She has always been professional, responsive, and very helpful whenever issues have come up with the property. Over time there have been several maintenance matters that needed attention, including replacing the hot water system, air conditioning issues, blocked drains, and other general repairs, and Natascha has always acted promptly to get things moving and keep me updated. I really appreciate her communication, follow-through, and practical approach. She has made managing the property much easier and I’m very happy with the service she provides. Highly recommended.
