Derek is the GOAT. Well informed and goes above and beyond. We spoke with several local agents who did not give us the confidence in their ability to secure our view of the market price in a reasonable time. Derek was confident in achieving a price inside our price range. We moved away and left the keys with Derek leading up to the sale. He made the process so easy and kept us well informed. He also managed to achieve a sales price above what we had expected. If I ever sell again it’ll be through him. I cannot recommend him enough. Harcourts better look after you!
