I cannot think of any possible reason as to why anyone would go elsewhere.
After 2 bad experiences with real estate agents, I had the best luck of being referred to Tod Campbell at Harcourts in Campbelltown. He was genuinely interested in my situation, and went above and beyond any possible expectations I could’ve had. From inspecting the property whilst under another agent, (and no agreements had been reached) to several open houses, he actually succeeding in acquiring a much better price than was forecast. I was kept informed and updated the entire time. I cannot think of any possible reason as to why anyone would go elsewhere. Thank you Tod & the staff at Harcourts for making what was a scary, life changing experience into almost stress free and pleasurable.
