Over his career, he was engaged as a residential and commercial sales agent, before taking the lead as Sales Manager of a large team within a leading Sydney real estate agency. Paul then embarked on business ownership, becoming Principal of a highly successful real estate agency for several years before moving into the corporate side of real estate.
In the corporate sector, Paul was head auctioneer of a major real estate franchise and trainer in sales and auctioneering with the Real Estate Institute of NSW. For many years Paul delivered real estate seminars and training to large franchise groups and independent agencies across NSW.
For over 10 years, Paul was Harcourts NSW’s Training and Business Development Manager and Corporate Auctioneer for the Harcourts NSW group.
