Our October in-room auction event was held on Wednesday 12th of October at the Rydges Hotel in Campbelltown.
Six properties were presented to Auction, two of them successfully selling at the auction event.
The remaining properties passed-in on the evening had strong bidding, and we expect to negotiate successful sales between these parties and additional buyers that were unable to attend the auction event.

GLEN ALPINE, 24 Belltrees Close – Passed-in
MOUNT ANNAN, 314 Mount Annan Drive – Passed-in
CAMPBELLTOWN, 4/54 Santana Road – Passed-in
OCTOBER AUCTION EVENT STATISTICS:
- Two of the six properties SOLD at the Auction event.
- Of the properties submitted to the Auction event, our team achieved an average of 14 buyer inspections per property leading up to the auction.
