Our September in-room auction event was held on Thursday 15th of September at the Rydges Hotel in Campbelltown.
Three properties were presented to Auction, one of them successfully selling at the auction event.
The two properties passed-in on the evening had strong interest, and since the event 4/42 Woodhouse Drive is “Under Offer”. I expect similar for the outstanding property in Harrington Park in the coming weeks.

CAMPBELLTOWN, 10 Byron Avenue – SOLD!
HARRINGTON GROVE, 22 Wingham Avenue – Passed-in
AMBARVALE, 4/42 Woodhouse Drive – Passed-in (Now “Under Offer”)
SEPTEMBER AUCTION EVENT STATISTICS:
- One of the three properties SOLD at the Auction event.
- Of the properties submitted to the Auction event, our team achieved an average of 15 buyer inspections per property leading up to the auction.
