Our second in-room auction event for November was held on Wednesday 23rd at the Rydges Hotel in Campbelltown.
Five outstanding properties were presented to a large audience and packed room of over 70 people.
Four properties were SOLD under the hammer, and one property was passed-in – an 80% clearance rate! The property passed-in has interested parties, and we expect to sell this in the coming days.

23rd NOVEMBER AUCTION EVENT STATISTICS:
- Four of the five properties submitted, SOLD at Auction event – that’s an 80% clearance rate!
- Our team achieved an average of 18 buyer inspections per property leading up to the auction.
- Of the properties SOLD we achieved a median of 3.25 bidders per property.
