Our latest in-room auction event for November was held on Wednesday 9th at the Rydges Hotel in Campbelltown.
Eight outstanding properties were presented to a huge audience and packed room of over 100 people.
Four properties were SOLD under the hammer, one SOLD prior to auction, and four properties were passed-in.
The four properties passed-in have good interest, and we expect these will sell within the next couple of weeks.

NOVEMBER AUCTION EVENT STATISTICS:
- Five of the nine properties submitted, SOLD at or prior to the Auction event – that’s a 56% clearance rate.
- Our team achieved an average of 21 buyer inspections per property leading up to the auction.
- Of the properties SOLD we achieved 4.25 bidders per property.
